Job Summary
Pack seed into commercial and consumer sizes using hand or mechanical means, assemble kits, and process bulk orders weighing 50 to 70 pounds. Locate incoming materials in stockrooms, retrieve items using inventory systems, and perform shrink-wrapping, labeling, and packing for daily shipments. Use handheld units for accurate inventory picking and tracking, reporting any shortages to your supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe workspace while working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated

- Comfortable working in a repetitive process environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with converting ounces/pounds to grams
- Ability to weigh between 50 and 70 pounds
- Ability to read, communicate, and work with numbers
- Ability to bend, pull, push, and lift to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Ability to climb stationary ladders
