Seasonal Operations Assistant - Willowtree Apartments & Tower

Seasonal Operations Assistant supporting apartment turnover and project-based needs at Willowtree Apartments & Tower. Responsibilities include assisting with unit turnover, vendor coordination, basic work order fulfillment, making units market-ready, audits and damage walks, maintaining common areas, and following ACC/BOSS standards. Requires collaboration with maintenance and facilities teams, ability to supervise or accompany vendors on-site, perform housekeeping tasks, follow MSDS rules for chemical handling, and operate a golf cart. Seasonal period runs mid-July to late August 2026 with possible extension based on business need.
