Seasonal Operations Assistant - University Village at Sweethome

Seasonal, part-time role supporting maintenance and turnover operations at University Village at Sweethome. Duties include liaising with vendors and staff, unit make-ready, audits, quality checks, inventory and inspections, assisting with moving and setup, and upholding ACC policies. Works with the management and maintenance teams to ensure market-ready unit conditions, customer service to residents and vendors, and adherence to safety and operating standards. Must be able to assist with basic cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep of common areas and outdoor spaces; prior experience with general maintenance, make-ready tasks, and MSDS handling is beneficial. Requires ability to drive a golf cart and participate in property/service-related tasks as part of the BOSS program.
