Job Summary
Accompany vendors on-site for unit turnover, collect daily assignment sheets, and fulfill basic work orders to ensure market-ready status. Perform quality checks on completed work, conduct key and damage audits, and assist in preparing units for occupancy per American Campus standards. Manage property grounds by sweeping common areas, maintaining pool amenities, and handling trash disposal. Assist with moving supplies, performing minor repairs, touch-up painting, and participating in routine property inspections. Drive a golf cart and adhere to safety protocols and MSDS rules. This seasonal role runs from August 24 to September 25, 2026, supporting the management and maintenance teams during the apartment turnover period.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and general make-ready of unit duties (trash out, cleaning and painting)
- Ability to perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks and use small power/hand tools
- Ability to understand and follow MSDS rules for the handling and use of any chemicals
- Ability to drive a golf cart
