Support seasonal apartment turnover operations and maintenance coordination at U Club Binghamton. Serve as a liaison between vendors and staff to assist with unit entry/oversight, dashboards of vendor assignments, basic work orders, and make-ready tasks; perform quality checks to ensure market-ready units; assist with turnover preparation for occupancy; follow American Campus key policy; help with moving, unloading, and storing supplies; contribute to maintaining property grounds and completing daily duties per the BOSS program; participate in routine inspections and safety meetings; drive a golf cart as needed.
