Job Summary
Seasonal Operations Assistant to support management and maintenance during apartment turnover and special project needs. Serve as liaison between vendors and staff for unit entry/oversight, vendor assignment sheets, basic work order fulfillment, and general make-ready duties. Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors, support maintenance teams, assist with audits and quality checks to ensure market-ready units, help prepare units for occupancy per company standards, and follow key policies. Duties include accompanying vendors on-site, performing routine inspections, participation in safety and staff meetings, and assisting with moving, cleaning, minor repairs, and routine grounds upkeep. Must understand MSDS handling, utilize small power/tools, and be able to drive a golf cart. Seasonal period runs from 7/13/26 to 8/23/26 with onsite work in Rochester, NY.
