Job Summary
Seasonal Operations Assistant at Park Point in Rochester, NY. Supports the management and maintenance team during apartment turnover and project-based needs; acts as liaison between vendors and staff, assists with unit turnover, vendor audits, quality checks, housekeeping, supplies handling, and property grounds upkeep. Works with management to ensure market-ready units, assists with final walks and touches, participates in inspections, and adheres to ACC policies and BOSS program requirements. Requires general maintenance knowledge, ability to drive a golf cart, and capability to perform cleaning and minor repairs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and general make-ready of unit duties (trash out, cleaning and painting)
- Ability to perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks and use small power/hand tools
- Ability to understand and follow MSDS rules for the handling and use of any chemicals
- Ability to drive a golf cart
