Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; dust and polish furniture; clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Collect and remove trash and recyclables, then monitor and restock cleaning supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels. Maintain outdoor areas by sweeping sidewalks, pressure washing, and removing debris. Report maintenance issues regarding lighting, mechanical, or plumbing to the site supervisor. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines while working as directed by the supervisor. Requires flexibility for various shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with 1-3 years of janitorial experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
