Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe’s focused on customer service and in-store merchandising execution. Responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies, building vendor relationships, communicating project priorities and schedules with the Merchandising Service team and Manager, analyzing metrics to provide feedback on project execution, engaging customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise, ensuring stock accuracy, pricing visibility, and signage, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Duties also cover executing merchandise resets per planogram/plantogram, identifying damaged products, preparing items for return to manufacturers, ensuring price labels are current, updating wayfinding and product location signage, operating power equipment as needed, and assisting with general store maintenance and safety compliance. Requires a high school diploma or GED and prior experience on the sales floor or in product merchandising is preferred.
