Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Job Summary
Responsible for delivering SMART customer service and executing Lowe's customer service policies, leading merchandising resets and planogram compliance, collaborating with Merchandising Service team to prioritize projects, and analyzing metrics to improve in-store service. Duties include engaging with customers to understand needs, guiding them through locating and selecting merchandise, maintaining accurate signage and pricing labels, moving and displaying products per planogram, identifying damaged items and processing returns, ensuring safety and housekeeping, and operating store equipment as needed. Weekend availability is preferred to support weekend store operations and resets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
