Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for delivering smart customer service, executing Lowe’s merchandising standards, and supporting store projects. Key duties include assisting customers with locating and loading merchandise, communicating project priorities to Merchandising Service team and Manager, executing merchandise resets per planograms, maintaining pricing labels and signage, stocking and rotating products, ensuring safety and housekeeping, identifying damaged items, aiding in security and loss prevention, and operating power equipment as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and is oriented toward weekend availability; familiarity with planograms/plantograms, merchandising tasks, and basic equipment operation is preferred. The role emphasizes in-store customer engagement when opportunities arise and collaboration with store leadership to drive add-on sales and overall store presentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
