Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service at Lowe's and execute policies for merchandising resets and in-store projects. Build vendor relationships, communicate priorities and resources with Merchandising Service team and Manager, and analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution to store, market, and corporate leaders. Engage with customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise. Present product information, features, benefits, warranties, and stock availability; respond to questions and guide customers through areas of the store. Replenish stock, verify signage and pricing, update wayfinding, and ensure planogram and plantogram compliance. Identify damaged products and manage returns, prepare items for shipping, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Operate power equipment as required for merchandising tasks, stage clearance, and safety, and collaborate with store leadership on price changes and merchandising execution. Maintain signage accuracy, audit pricing, and ensure proper display of products while observing safety and loss-prevention protocols. This role includes occasional non-customer-facing duties and weekend work as preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
