Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for executing Lowe's merchandising resets and customer service functions. Key duties include assisting customers, locating and demonstrating merchandise, communicating project priorities to Merchandising Service team and Manager, updating pricing and signage, validating planograms/plantograms, and maintaining safe, organized store areas. Role involves coordinating with store leadership on stock placement, responding to questions, handling damaged products, driving add-on sales through proper product presentation, and operating power equipment as needed to complete merchandise resets and maintenance tasks. Prior retail merchandising experience (6 months on Lowe’s sales floor and 3 months operating power equipment) and a high school diploma or GED are required; weekend availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
