Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Provide SMART customer service at Lowe's through daily adherence to customer service policies; perform merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications, build relationships with vendors, and communicate project priorities and needs with Merchandising Service team and Manager. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Engage with customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions and guide customers through products, pricing, warranties, and stock status. Move and replace merchandise, verify buybacks, identify damaged or missing signage, update pricing and wayfinding, and ensure planogram compliance. Manage safety and housekeeping, operate or assist with power equipment as required, detect shoplifting risks, and maintain a safe work environment. Additional duties include maintaining POS signage, updating pricing labels, and following pricing policies. Requires high school diploma or GED; weekend availability preferred.
