Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate analyzes and executes Lowe's merchandising resets and customer service policies, builds relationships with vendors, communicates priorities with Merchandising Service team and managers, and supports store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; engaging customers to understand needs; providing accurate product and policy information; updating pricing labels and wayfinding; maintaining stock, displays, signage, and planograms; operating power equipment as needed; ensuring safety, housekeeping, and security standards; and identifying damaged or incorrect merchandise for processing. The role collaborates with store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for quick sale and contributes to consistent in-store service and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
