Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies and assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise. Perform merchandising resets and stock management per planogram specifications, update pricing labels and signage, and ensure product pricing is visible and accurate. Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and store leadership to prioritize projects, manage materials and timelines, and document completion with photographs. Operate power equipment (lifts, order pickers, etc.) as needed, identify damaged products for RTM, maintain clean and safe work areas, and monitor for security risks. Engage with customers when opportunities arise, and communicate project priorities and needs to store leaders and corporate teams. Maintain store standards, assist with display construction, and support store operations to drive add-on sales and overall store presentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (if applicable)
- 6 Months Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
- 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (preferred)
- 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms (preferred)
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
