Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate will deliver SMART customer service, build vendor relationships, and execute store merchandising resets per Lowe’s specifications. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities, communicating schedules and needs, analyzing metrics to inform store and corporate leaders, and engaging customers when opportunity arises. Daily duties involve assisting customers with locating and selecting merchandise, explaining product features and warranties, maintaining accurate pricing labels and signage, and ensuring displays are safe and compliant. The role requires operating power equipment for merchandising tasks, identifying damaged items, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety, with accountability for other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
