Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's responsible for delivering SMART customer service, executing merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications, collaborating with the Merchandising Service team on priorities and project needs, analyzing metrics for project effectiveness, and engaging customers during appropriate interactions. Duties include assisting customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; ensuring proper pricing labels and signage; maintaining store cleanliness and safety; operating and maintaining equipment as required; identifying damaged or missing signage or products and coordinating replacements; supporting planogram/plantogram execution and timely completion of assigned merchandising tasks; and contributing to loss prevention and safe store operations.
