Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe’s focused on customer service and merchandising tasks. Responsibilities include delivering Sears-like customer service aligned with Lowe’s policies, building and communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Service team and Manager, ensuring merchandising resets are completed per Lowe’s specifications, stocking and displaying products, adjusting pricing labels, updating wayfinding and signage, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Frequent interaction with customers to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; identifying damaged products and handling returns to manufacturer; verifying buyback items and preparing them for shipping; operating and maintaining store equipment and systems as needed; monitoring security risks and adhering to safety standards; and documenting completion of merchandising tasks with photos when required. Skills emphasized include planogram/plantogram compliance, equipment operation (lifts, order pickers), attention to pricing accuracy, and communication with store leadership to support in-store service and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
