Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe’s, primarily performing merchandising resets and customer service duties on weekends. Responsibilities include providing SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies, building vendor relationships to ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specifications, communicating project priorities and schedules with Merchandising Service team and Manager, analyzing metrics to give feedback on project execution, engaging with customers to understand needs and assist in locating and loading merchandise, ensuring stock accuracy and proper signage, and operating or maintaining safety-compliant equipment (lifts, order pickers) while upholding store standards. The role requires adherence to safety programs, collaboration with store leadership, and support for pricing and display updates. Qualification includes a high school diploma or GED; preferred experience on Lowe’s sales floor and in merchandising, planograms/plantograms, and power equipment. Pay range is $16.50-$17.85 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (if applicable)
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
