Job Summary
This role focuses on providing excellent customer service at Lowe's, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained. Responsibilities include building relationships with vendors, collaborating with the merchandising team, analyzing metrics, assisting customers in locating products, performing merchandising tasks based on planograms, handling damaged goods, and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. The position requires general experience in product merchandising, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to operate power equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
