Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's focusing on delivering SMART customer service, executing merchandising resets per Lowe's standards, coordinating with Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities and resources, analyzing project metrics, and engaging customers during store visits. Responsibilities include building relationships with vendors, ensuring stock availability and proper display setup, updating pricing and wayfinding signage, completing merchandising tasks such as stocking, labeling, and ensuring planograms/plantograms are followed, operating power equipment as needed, identifying damaged items for RTM, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting loss prevention efforts. The role emphasizes customer engagement when opportunities arise, helps customers find and select products, and communicates product benefits, warranties, and availability. This is a frontline, in-store position with weekend availability preferred and entails a broad range of merchandising, inventory, and customer-service duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
