Job Summary
Provide customer service and merchandising support at Lowe’s, executing merchandising resets per Lowe’s specifications, building relationships with vendors, and collaborating with the Merchandising Service team on priorities and project needs. Engage with customers, assist in locating and loading merchandise, and communicate product availability and warranty information. Perform in-store merchandising tasks including moving stock, setting up displays, updating pricing and signage, and maintaining planograms. Operate power equipment as needed, identify damaged products for return, ensure safety and housekeeping standards, and support asset protection efforts. Maintain accurate pricing labels, signage, and wayfinding, and assist store leadership with product placement and clearance activities. Participate in safety checks and contribute to a safe, clean store environment and a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
