Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing SMART customer service through the daily execution of Lowe's policies and programs, collaborating with the Merchandising Service team to prioritize projects, and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards. Duties include engaging with customers, managing stock and pricing displays, analyzing metrics for project execution, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Experience in product merchandising and operating power equipment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
