Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate provides SMART customer service by executing Lowe's policies, building vendor relationships, and assisting customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise. This role involves managing merchandise resets, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, maintaining cleanliness in-store, and operating store equipment. Responsibilities include identifying damaged products, prepping buyback items, updating signage, and communicating effectively with customers and staff. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and preferably six months of sales floor and merchandising experience. Safety compliance and operational knowledge of store equipment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
