Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for delivering consistent customer service per Lowe’s policies, building vendor relationships to ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specifications, and communicating project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Service team and Manager. Responsible for coordinating and executing merchandising tasks such as materials, supplies, and time management; analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Engage with customers when opportunities arise to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise; respond knowledgeably to questions and guide customers through products. Maintain knowledge of stock, special orders, features, warranties, pricing, and promotions related to Lowe’s programs. Execute in-store duties including moving/replacing beams and grids, rotating stock, building and displaying products, verifying and processing buybacks, identifying damaged signage or collateral and ordering replacements, and updating pricing labels and wayfinding information. Ensure price visibility and accuracy, maintain plantograms/planograms for displays, stage clearance and damaged merchandise, and perform housekeeping and safety tasks to maintain a secure, clean store environment. Operate store equipment as needed and assist with other duties as assigned, while collaborating with store leadership to drive add-on sales and maintain merchandising standards.
