Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in locating and selecting merchandise, and maintaining merchandise displays. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Merchandising Service team, analyzing metrics, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, and handling stock management tasks. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience, with preferred qualifications including sales floor and merchandising experience as well as competence in operating power equipment. This role also emphasizes safety and cleanliness in the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
