Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for delivering SMART customer service in alignment with Lowe's policies. Duties involve maintaining merchandise displays, engaging with customers to assist with product selection, and ensuring compliance with safety and merchandising standards. This role includes managing inventory, reviewing and updating price labels, operating power equipment, and conducting daily safety assessments. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those with experience in retail or merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
