Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Provide SMART customer service at Lowe's per company policies; lead and coordinate merchandising resets with the Merchandising Service team, communicating priorities, schedule, and resources (materials, supplies, time). Analyze store metrics and offer feedback on project execution to store, market, and corporate leadership. Engage with customers when opportunities arise; assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise. Inform customers about stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, applications, and warranty information related to Lowe's programs. Move and replace beams, grids, stock, and display materials per reset instructions; identify damaged products and process returns to the RTM area. Verify buyback items, ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate, update wayfinding and signage, and maintain plant/visual merchandising according to planograms/plantograms. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; operate store equipment (lifts, order pickers, etc.) as required; report safety hazards and support loss prevention efforts. Ensure all duties are completed with quality and follow through on additional assigned tasks.
