Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for executing Lowe's customer service policies and collaborating with the Merchandising Service team. The role primarily involves engaging with customers, assisting with merchandise, and ensuring product displays meet company standards. Key tasks include analyzing project needs, maintaining in-store organization, managing stock, and operating store equipment as necessary. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and ideally includes experience in merchandise tasks and equipment operation. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.90 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
