Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service, executing Lowe’s merchandising resets per planogram, collaborating with Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate priorities and resources, and analyzing metrics to provide feedback on project execution. The role involves engaging customers when opportunities arise, assisting customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise, maintaining pricing labels and wayfinding signage, and ensuring displays and stock are safe and compliant. It also includes operating power equipment (lifts, order pickers) and handling damaged products, stocking, and housekeeping to keep the store safe and organized. The position emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, adherence to safety standards, and support for merchandising and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
