Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing SMART customer service, executing Lowe's customer service policies, and collaborating with the merchandising team. Key tasks include building vendor relationships, analyzing project metrics, assisting customers with merchandise, maintaining product displays, ensuring pricing accuracy, and conducting safety checks. The candidate must handle merchandising tasks efficiently, such as verifying product conditions, managing inventory, and following planogram standards. This role requires interacting with customers while also performing varied support tasks to uphold store standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
