Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate engages in customer service while executing Lowe's merchandising standards, collaborates with Merchandising Service team on project priorities and timelines, analyzes project execution metrics, and supports in-store service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating and loading merchandise, communicating product and warranty information, performing merchandise resets and planogram compliance, troubleshooting pricing and signage, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, operating store equipment as needed, and supporting loss prevention and safety programs. Preferred candidate will have prior experience with merchandising tasks, ability to read and implement planograms/plantograms, operate power equipment, and provide reliable customer interactions on weekends. The role emphasizes strong customer engagement, adherence to safety and housekeeping standards, and collaboration with store leadership to drive add-on sales and effective merchandising.
