Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's responsible for delivering SMART customer service, executing merchandising resets per Lowe's specifications, coordinating with Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities and resources, and engaging with customers to understand needs and demonstrate products. Tasks include analyzing project execution, maintaining planograms/plants, stocking and displaying merchandise, validating pricing and signage, scanning for damaged goods, and ensuring store safety and housekeeping standards. Proficiency with power equipment (lifts, order pickers) and the ability to work weekends as needed are important, along with strong communication with store leadership and knowledge of Lowe's programs and warranties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
