Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's focused on customer service and in-store merchandising. Responsibilities include providing SMART customer service, building vendor relationships, communicating project priorities and schedules, analyzing metrics for project execution, engaging with customers to assist in locating and selecting merchandise, ensuring stock and displays follow planogram and merchandising standards, verifying pricing labels, maintaining wayfinding and signage accuracy, operating power equipment as needed (lifts, order pickers), identifying and handling damaged products, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards, and collaborating with store leadership to stage clearance and drive add-on sales. Requires high school diploma or GED and weekend availability; preference for weekend shifts. Certifications in safety and familiarity with store policies are advantageous. Knowledge of planograms, product placement, pricing processes, and loss prevention practices is expected.
Required Qualifications
