Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's focusing on delivering SMART customer service and executing merchandising resets. Responsibilities include assisting customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; building relationships with vendors; communicating project priorities and needs to Merchandising Service team; analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution; maintaining stock, signage, pricing, and planograms; operating power equipment; identifying damaged products and ensuring proper disposal or return; ensuring store safety and cleanliness; engaging with customers when opportunities arise; and supporting store leadership with merchandising and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
- 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks (preferred)
- 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts or order pickers (preferred)
