Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring merchandise resets are completed per Lowe’s specifications, and building relationships with vendors. Primary duties include engaging with customers to understand their needs and assisting them with product selection, executing merchandising tasks per planograms, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and operating power equipment for product handling. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in retail and merchandising. The role involves some customer interaction, but the majority of activities will focus on project execution and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
