Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate focusing on customer service, merchandising resets, and in-store project execution. Responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service, building vendor relationships to ensure merchandising resets align with Lowe’s specifications, communicating project priorities with the Merchandising Service team, analyzing metrics to improve project execution, engaging customers to understand needs and demonstrate products, maintaining pricing and signage accuracy, handling stock moves and damaged items, ensuring safety and housekeeping, and operating power equipment as needed to support resets and displays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms (preferred)
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (preferred)
