Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Provide customer service at Lowe's by following customer service policies; engage with customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise. Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities, schedules, and project needs (materials, supplies, time). Analyze metrics and give feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Maintain stock by moving/replacing beams and grids, rotating stock, building products, and displaying materials per planogram; identify damaged products and route them to RTM; verify buyback items and ensure pricing labels and wayfinding are accurate; update signage and digital maintenance information. Operate power equipment as needed, ensure safety, assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization, and support loss-prevention efforts. Complete all assigned merchandising, service, and maintenance tasks with documentation (photos) of completion. This role may require weekend availability as indicated by “Weekends Preferred.”
