Job Summary
This role involves providing SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's protocols, building relationships with vendors, and collaborating with the Merchandising Service team. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, engaging with customers to understand their needs, handling product resets, managing in-stock products, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and are preferred to have six months of sales floor experience, along with experience in merchandising and operating power equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
