Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's focused on delivering SMART customer service while executing Lowe's policies. Responsibilities include merchandising resets, coordinating with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities and resources, analyzing project execution, engaging customers during appropriate interactions, locating and demonstrating merchandise, updating pricing and signage, and maintaining safe, organized displays. Daily duties cover stock moves, damage checks, RTM processing, planogram/plantogram adherence, and use of power equipment as needed. Emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, adherence to safety standards, loss prevention awareness, and supporting store leadership to drive add-on sales. Required: high school diploma or GED; weekend availability preferred; prior retail merchandising experience and familiarity with planograms/plantograms are preferred.
