Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate supports Lowe’s merchandising resets and customer service delivery. Responsibilities include engaging customers, executing merchandising plans, collaborating with Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities and materials, analyzing metrics for project execution, stocking and rotating products, ensuring signage, pricing, and planograms are accurate, operating power equipment for displays, maintaining safety and cleanliness, identifying damaged items, handling RTM returns, and assisting store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise. Requires strong customer service, ability to read planograms/plantograms, operate power equipment, and adhere to safety standards. Weekend availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (if applicable)
- Preferred Qualifications: 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience; 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms; 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
