Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service at Lowe's while executing policies and programs, assist customers in locating and loading merchandise, and build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specifications. Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs; analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service. Engage with customers when opportunities arise, demonstrate product benefits, ensure pricing visibility, maintain stock and signage, and operate power equipment as needed to complete merchandising resets and maintenance tasks. Maintain store safety, housekeeping, and compliance with safety programs, while supporting leadership with planogram execution and merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (if applicable)
- Retail or sales floor experience preferred (6 months experience noted in description)
