Job Summary
Provide seasonal merchandising service with emphasis on customer service, merchandise resets, planogram compliance, stock management, signage and pricing accuracy. Responsibilities include engaging customers, assisting with locating and loading products, collaborating with Merchandising Service team on project priorities, operating power equipment as needed, ensuring displays are safe and in working order, maintaining housekeeping standards, and supporting loss prevention and store operations. Requires adherence to safety policies, ability to read and apply planograms/plantograms, and prior experience on sales floor or merchandising tasks preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
