Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate to support Lowe’s weekend workloads with a strong focus on customer service and merchandising execution. Primary duties include delivering SMART customer service, partnering with Merchandising Service and Managers to communicate project priorities, ensuring merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specifications, updating wayfinding and pricing signage, and maintaining planogram/plantogram standards. Responsibilities also cover moving and displaying merchandise using power equipment, identifying and removing damaged products, preparing items for return to the manufacturer, verifying pricing labels, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. The role involves both customer-facing engagement and backend merchandising tasks, with an emphasis on accurate stock placement, signage upkeep, and collaboration with store leadership to drive add-on sales while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (preferred)
- 6 Months Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
- 6 Months experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms (preferred)
- 3 Months experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers (preferred)
