Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe’s, with weekends preferred, responsible for delivering SMART customer service, executing merchandising resets per Lowe’s specs, collaborating with Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities and resources, analyzing metrics for project execution, stocking and replenishing merchandise, identifying damaged products, updating pricing and signage, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and operating power equipment as needed. Role emphasizes customer engagement opportunities, stock management, planogram compliance, loss prevention awareness, and cross-functional coordination to support store-level merchandising and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
