Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Provide customer service and merchandising support at Lowe’s through the daily execution of Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures and programs. Build relationships with vendors by providing direction and ensuring merchandise resets are completed per Lowe’s specifications. Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities, schedule, and needs (materials, supplies, time). Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Engage with customers when opportunities arise to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise. Communicate product information, stock status, pricing, and warranty details to customers. Move, replace, and display products and related materials per reset/project instructions. Identify damaged products and manage returns to vendor/RTM area. Verify buyback items, signage, pricing labels, and signage accuracy; update wayfinding and digital signage. Ensure proper product placement, stock organization, and compliance with merchandising standards. Operate power equipment as required and maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security protocols. Maintain price changes and perform audits of pricing labels. Adhere to all safety requirements and assist with other duties as assigned.
