Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for executing customer service through Lowe's policies, ensuring merchandise resets adhere to specifications, collaborating with the team on project priorities, and analyzing metrics for project execution. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, verifying proper product placement, maintaining cleanliness in the store, updating signage, and operating store equipment safely. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in sales floor operations and product merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
