Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for delivering SMART customer service, executing Lowe’s merchandising policies, and supporting store goals through merchandise resets, planogram compliance, and collaboration with Merchandising Service teams. Responsibilities include assisting customers, locating and loading merchandise, maintaining pricing and signage accuracy, updating wayfinding, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards, operating power equipment for displays, identifying damaged or missing items, and supporting Vendor relations and corporate communications. The role emphasizes in-store service with periodic customer engagement and a focus on product placement, stock integrity, and safety procedures to support store performance during weekend-focused scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
