Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Provide SMART customer service and execute Lowe’s customer service policies during merchandising resets. Build vendor relationships, communicate priorities and resources for projects, analyze metrics on execution, engage with customers, locate/demonstrate/loading merchandise, ensure pricing and signage accuracy, and maintain safe, clean store conditions. Operate power equipment (lifts, order pickers) as needed for resets, replace damaged packaging, verify return-to-manufacturer items, and support floor stock management per planogram/plantogram guidelines. Maintain cross-merchandising, signage, pricing changes, and asset protection awareness while collaborating with store leadership and Merchandising Service teams for successful in-store projects.
